SIM card subscription UPGRADE

Great! If you already have a SIM card purchased from us and would like to upgrade your current data plan, please follow the steps below:

1. Choose your desired plan from the selection box provided above.
2. The new plan will take effect from the current month. For TELUS and Videotron, it will be active until the last day of the calendar month, and for Rogers, it will be active until the 25th of the month.
3. If you select a recurring plan, the new plan will automatically renew each month.
4. If you opt for a one-time purchase plan, it will only be valid for the current month.
5. Regardless of your selection, the new plan will ADD to your existing plan for the chosen period.
6. Please allow up to 4 business hours for the new plan to become active. If you require immediate assistance, please reach out to us using the chat feature.

Please note that this plan is exclusively applicable within Canada and relies on the coverage provided by your selected carrier.

It is important to be aware that there will be no additional charges for exceeding the usage limit, as your SIM card will cease functioning after reaching the monthly plan limit. To ensure uninterrupted service, it is crucial to select the appropriate plan that suits your usage requirements.

For TELUS and Videotron customers, plan activation is effective from the date of purchase until the final day of the current month. Data usage is reset to 0 on the first day of the subsequent month, with renewal taking place on the day of purchase each month.

For customers who have chosen Rogers as their carrier, plan activation remains valid from the date of purchase until the 25th of the current month. On the 26th, data usage is reset to 0, and renewal occurs on the day of purchase each month.
